These are all bathrooms we've completed in the Edmonton area recently. They reflect the tastes and needs of specific clients. Naturally, your bathroom can be completed to your particular preference, but these projects may get your creative juices going.
1. Warmth-Convenience-Storage
The warm wood tones and tile in this bathroom make it a comfortable and welcoming room. You can also see the impact of adding adequate lighting. It makes the room light and bright.
There is, however, more to the design of this particular bathroom. The floor-to-ceiling cabinet offers ample storage space for towels and other items—without breaking up the open feel of the room. At the same time, it creates a private space for the toilet without having to install a wall. The walk-in shower at the end of the room extends the visual space and makes provides easy access.
2. Beautiful Functionality
Just because your bathroom is beautiful doesn’t mean it can’t be fully functional at the same time. For this Edmonton bathroom renovation we installed insets in the shower area to hold shampoo, soap, or other shower accoutrements. The tile inserts provides storage space without having shelving that intrudes into the actual shower area. It preserves the clean bold lines of the shower—and the rest of the bathroom. 3. Contrasting Light & Dark
This modern bathroom makes use of contrasting dark and light colors to create a bold contemporary look that is still warm and inviting. The white cabinets, beautifully patterned countertops and the stonework in the shower blend perfectly with the darker flooring. The glass-enclosed step-in shower jeeps the room open and bright. This warm and inviting master bath gives the homeowners the choice of a shower or a stand-alone tub for soaking in serenity. The rich warm wood cabinets stand in contrast to the beautiful tile flooring. The windows provide a nice touch of natural light while still protecting privacy. The tub itself is a nice focal point for the room without taking up too much space.
The cabinets and above-counter sinks give this Edmonton bathroom a simple elegance that’s very attractive—accentuated by the countertop material and the clean lines of the hardware. Storage space extends to the ceiling and includes open cubicles at the counter level for easy access to often-used items
